Order Information

An order confirmation will be sent to your email once you have placed an order. Please make sure to accurately enter your email to receive more tracking details of your order. Reach out to justjams.store@gmail.com if you have a problem with this.

Orders typically process in around 1-2 days business days. Orders will take slightly longer depending on the season or holidays around the time the order is placed. Your patience is appreciated. Shipping is non-refundable after the order has been placed. 

Shipping issues

Shipping delays may or may not occur, if they do it's unfortunately out of my control, shipping providers will always have unpredictable obstacles such as traffic, weather, accidents, and etc., to deal with. Please be patient for your delivery.

A second shipping attempt will always be on the customers behalf for the fee.

Always make sure to accurately present your address as clear as possible, this will reduce any complications with your shipping from occurring in the first place.
